We hope you are pleased with your new purchase but in the event that you are not 100% satisfied we are happy to accept returns, please read our conditions below and complete the returns form.

Standard returns - All our items are checked at despatch to ensure they are in perfect condition and as such should be returned to us in the same condition they were received.  If you wish to return items for any reason other than defects in the goods, or incorrect delivery you will need to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us.  All goods must be returned within 14 days in their original condition, unworn, unused, undamaged and re-saleable with all relevant tags attached. In the case of shoes these must not have been worn outside.

Please be careful when trying on items that you are not wearing make-up, deo-dorant, body lotion or jewellery that may leave a scent, mark or damage the item.  Unfortunately if any items are returned in an un-saleable condition we will not be able to accept them for return.

Faulty goods - In the unlikey event that you should receive a faulty item please complete the returns form and contact customer services as soon as possible - Tel: 01566 774525 - we will check to see if we have a replacement item in stock and hold until receipt of the original has been received.  Once the item has been checked and a manufacturuing fault identified we will despatch the replacement item to you and all reasonable postage costs will be refunded. If we don't have a replacement item available we will notify you and a full refund will be issued.

We suggest for your own protection that you use 1st class recorded delivery when returning any item to us and refunds will only be issued once we have received the goods and relevant inspection has taken place.
